Full refund: Within 15 days of purchase, you can return your unopened, unused jar for a full refund. Please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Store credit: Within 15 days of purchase, you can return your unopened, unused body butter for store credit to the full purchase amount.

We will send you a return label.

Securely pack your unopened, unused jar in its original packaging.

Attach the return label and mail the package back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or issue store credit within [insert timeframe].

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your orders and where they're heading. We take 1-5 business days to carefully pack your order; Weekends and holidays are rest days and are NOT INCLUDED. Once shipped, your order is in the care of USPS. If anything goes astray, they're the best ones to help!
